Jimmy Dymott is a bit of a maestro in the industry, and has over 25 years of bar experience, both abroad and in Stockholm.- Just like the restaurant, we focus on keeping the bar Swedish. This does not mean that all products need to come from Sweden. But it must breathe Sweden.
