Vogue Scandinavia went to Freyja, and dictated what you could almost call a love letter to our dear restaurant when they recommended it in their article about Södermalm’s hippest restaurants to eat and drink at this summer. They describe a wonderful mix of clientel, where people from both Södermalm and Östermalm come to enjoy an evening together, as well as Emma’s menu:
“As for the food, chef Emma Shields serves up the sort of unfussy menu you can return to again and again. A diced flounder starter, served with a rich potato butter sauce, for instance, or a baked asparagus with hollandaise, met with a satisfying herb chicken or sirloin steak for the main event. There are plenty of veggie-heavy options, too, so no one leaves hungry.”
