Winemaker’s Dinner with Sylvain

On March 10, we welcome Sylvain from Schlossgut Diel in Nahe, Germany. Schlossgut Diel is a family-owned winery built on tradition, craftsmanship, and a deep connection to its unique terroir. For generations, the estate has combined heart and expertise to create expressive, high-quality wines – from elegant Rieslings to more Burgundy-inspired styles, as well as sparkling Sekt.

With a focus on meticulous handcraft, sustainable viticulture, and a passion for wines with character, Diel offers wine lovers an authentic taste of its historic vineyards and modern winemaking philosophy. During the evening, Sylvain will guide us through a selection of their wines, and as always, the kitchen has prepared a delightful menu to perfectly complement them.
