Café pops up on the rooftop

Sizzling fresh from the magazine Café about our new terrace Söder up at Freyja’s.
“Summer, sun and a better rooftop bar is the recipe for success if you’re looking for a successful summer evening. Now Stockholm and Södermalm has a new, summer-fresh, addition to the city’s rooftop-scene.

Last week, the new Södermalm restaurant Freyja opened its roof terrace, which offers an unbeatable panoramic view of Djurgården, Gamla Stan, Riddarfjärden and Södermalm. A view that bar manager Jimmy Dymott describes as “insane”.

At Söder, there is room for 400 bar guests. Here, graffiti art gathers on the walls, there’s a sausage stand and two bars that offer cocktails with Södermalm-influenced names and summery flavors.

Café’s cocktail recommendation at Freyja: the rhubarb and vodka drink Rabalder.
