Freyja+Söder Launches Their Own Cava with Beckmans-Designed Label
15.05.25Color, design and bubbles in perfect symbiosis. Freyja+Söder is proud to launch its very own cava a collaboration with Spanish cava house Eureka, featuring a bottle design created by Beckmans College of Design student Sofia Di Marco. At the same time, the terrace has been given a vibrant new look, painted in large-scale by artist Elias Mravec Gillberg using the same design.

Freyja+Söder has always been a space where boundaries are blurred between art and dining, celebration and design, everyday and extraordinary. With this new cava, that concept is taken one step further. The idea was born from a desire to create something unique, something that not only tastes great but also tells a story.
To find the right expression, a design competition was held in collaboration with Beckmans College of Design. Around 30 entries were submitted, but it was Sofia Di Marco’s vibrant, movement-filled design that stole the jury’s hearts. Her artwork now adorns not only the bottle but also the terrace walls, brought to life as a mural by artist Elias Mravec Gillberg.

The cava itself is produced together with Eureka a Spanish cava house known for elegant yet characterful bubbles. The result is a wine that’s both playful and refined – just like Freyja.
